Returns
Regularly Stocked Items: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Custom and Special Order Items: Custom-made or special order items are not eligible for returns due to their bespoke nature unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@mck.tools. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund for you.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 30% is applied to all returns of stocked items. This fee covers the logistics and handling involved in restocking our inventory.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email support@mck.tools with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refordable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mck.tools and send your item to our warehouse address provided in our response.
Shipping Delays or Lost Packages
In the rare case that a package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
